Crew profiles help film and TV professionals show their skills, credits, availability and examples of previous work to productions looking for crew.

Setting up your crew profile

• Add your full name, job type, location and contact details.
• Write a short bio that explains your experience and the type of work you are looking for.
• Add previous credits, productions or jobs where possible.
• Upload portfolio images that show examples of your work.
• Add links such as IMDb, a showreel or website if you have them.

Availability

• Keep your availability updated so productions know whether you are currently available.

Applying for jobs

• Browse available jobs on the Jobs page.
• Open a job listing to view the full details.
• Apply only for roles that match your skills, location and experience.
• Make sure your profile is complete before applying, as productions may review your profile before contacting you.

Making your profile stronger

• Use a clear profile image.
• Keep your bio short, honest and specific.
• List relevant experience, even if you are new to the industry.

Production Help

Production accounts are for companies, production teams and hiring contacts who want to post jobs, promote productions and find suitable crew.

Setting up your production profile

• Add your production company name or production team name.
• Include a contact person, email address, phone number and website if available.
• Upload a logo or profile image so crew can recognise your company.
• Write a short company bio explaining who you are and what kind of productions you work on.

Posting a job

• Use the Post Job or Manage Productions area when logged in as a production account.
• Add a clear job title, role type, location, dates and description.
• Include useful details such as department, experience level, application expectations and any relevant production information.
• Make the listing easy to understand so crew can decide whether the role is suitable before applying.

Reviewing applications

• When crew apply for a role, you can review their profile and details.
• You can approve or decline applications where this feature is available.
• Contact suitable crew directly using the details provided on their profile or application.

Finding crew

• Browse the Crew page to view available crew members.
• Review profiles, previous work, portfolio images and availability.
• Use profile details to identify people who may be suitable for your production.

Location Help

Location accounts are for people, businesses and property owners who want to list spaces that may be suitable for film and TV productions.

Adding a location

• Add a clear location title, such as “Industrial Warehouse”, “Traditional Cottage” or “Large Workshop”.
• Include the town, city or general area.
• Write a useful description that explains the look, style, access, parking and any production-friendly features.
• Upload clear images that show the space from different angles.
• Include practical details such as access, parking, power, nearby facilities or restrictions if relevant.

Improving your location listing

• Use bright, clear images where possible.
• Show both interior and exterior areas if available.
• Explain what makes the location useful or visually interesting.
• Keep your details accurate if availability, access or contact information changes.

Contact details

• Make sure your email address and phone number are correct.
• Add a website link if the location already has a dedicated page.
• Only include contact details you are happy for productions to use.
